Meet Javier
Dedicated specialists in private dispute resolution
Javier brings a rare combination of legal training, business experience, and military discipline to private dispute resolution. A U.S. Navy veteran who served as a petty officer in Naval Intelligence, he developed the calm, decisive judgment required in high-stakes environments — skills he now applies directly to mediations and arbitrations that demand clarity under pressure. His academic foundation spans a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, giving him the fluency to work effectively with executives, attorneys, and everyday people alike.
Before establishing his dispute resolution practice, Javier built hands-on expertise in insurance, tax, financial consulting, and real estate — fields where the gap between what parties want and what's realistic is often what drives conflict. That background shapes his approach: direct, analytically precise, and grounded in the commercial realities underlying most disputes. His reputation is built on a "tough but fair" standard — one that holds every party accountable while maintaining the strict neutrality and respect that makes resolution possible.

Our Difference
Not a law firm. A better alternative.
Unlike litigation, private dispute resolution keeps matters off the public record. Unlike hiring competing attorneys, our process is structured around cooperation — not escalation.
We don't take sides. We create the space where both sides can be heard, fairly and privately, and reach a resolution they own.
"We avoided months of litigation and came out with an agreement we both felt good about. The professionalism was exactly what we needed."
