What We Offer

Services built around resolution

Mediation, arbitration, and notary services — each designed to help you resolve disputes with speed, privacy, and professional rigor.

Mediation

You stay in control of the outcome

Mediation is a facilitated negotiation in which a neutral third party guides both sides toward a voluntary, mutually acceptable resolution. You retain full control of the outcome — the mediator doesn't decide, they create the conditions for both parties to.

What's included: Before the session, we review each party's confidential brief to understand the core issues before anyone enters the room. During the conference, we focuses entirely on bridging gaps and ensuring both sides understand their positions. If agreement is reached, a Settlement Agreement or Term Sheet is drafted on the spot — clear, signed, and ready to act on.

  • Initial 2 hours: $250/hr

  • Hour 3 and beyond: $370/hr

  • Half-day package (4 hours): $1,200

  • Full-day package (up to 8 hours): $2,500

A deposit is due 7 business days prior to the scheduled session. Both parties share the cost equally.

General Policies

  • Cancellation: Half the deposit is refunded with more than 48 hours' notice (mediation) or 14 business days' notice (arbitration). Otherwise the full deposit is retained.

  • Rescheduling: $100 fee with minimum 48 hours' notice; $200 if less than 48 hours. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 10 business days.

  • Travel: Sessions outside San Diego County are billed at two-thirds of the standard rate.

Arbitration

The finality of a judgment, privately

Arbitration is a private, structured hearing in which a neutral arbitrator reviews the evidence and issues a binding decision. It functions like a streamlined private trial — without the public record, court delays, or uncertainty of litigation.

What's included: We conduct a thorough review of submitted briefs and evidence before the hearing, producing a Case Assessment Memo that identifies evidentiary gaps and key issues using an Issue–Element–Proof framework. During the hearing, we manage the full proceedings — scheduling, objection handling, and presentation of supporting materials. The process concludes with a reasoned Final Award that includes findings of fact, conclusions of law, and disposition of costs and fees.

Rates

  • Full-day hearing (up to 8 hours): $4,000/day

A deposit is due 30 business days prior to the scheduled hearing. Both parties share the cost equally. Multi-day hearings are available as needed.
